About the Founder
My name is Akber K. Parambil, and I am an educator by passion and profession.
My journey began in Kerala, where I worked as a High School Mathematics teacher in Malappuram, teaching students at both high school and higher secondary levels. Over the years, I had the opportunity to guide many students through their academic journeys and personal challenges.
Later, I worked as an Assistant Professor in a college faculty in Kerala, which gave me deeper insight into higher education and the transition students face after school.
My teaching journey then continued in Saudi Arabia, where I worked as a Middle School Mathematics teacher. This experience exposed me to a different learning environment and helped me understand students from diverse backgrounds.
How Whiteboard Kerala Started
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when classrooms moved online, I started teaching through digital platforms. That phase changed my perspective.
I realized that:
Students need guidance beyond classrooms,
Many struggle with focus and discipline, and
Education must adapt to modern challenges.
This led to the creation of Whiteboard Kerala — a digital extension of my classroom.
Beyond Teaching
Apart from teaching, I have always been interested in writing and creative expression.
During my college days, I wrote essays and short stories in Malayalam. I also had a passion for drawing and once won a school-level pencil drawing competition during my higher secondary education.
Recently, I authored the motivational book
The Quiet Discipline,
which reflects my thoughts on consistency, self-control, and personal growth.
This platform carries the same philosophy.
What I Believe
Over the years, I have understood one important truth:
Success is not built in moments of motivation.
It is built through quiet, consistent discipline.
Students do not fail because they lack intelligence.
They struggle because they lack:

proper guidance.
